Our Mission
It is the mission of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. to enhance the quality of life for women and their families in the U.S. and globally through community service, civil, and social action. Our goal is to achieve greater progress in the areas of education, health awareness, and leadership development. Our members, affiliates, staff, and community partners work to create and support initiatives that align with our vision.
RHOSEBUDS
Youth Affiliate for Elementary School Aged Girls 8-11
The Lambda Upsilon Sigma Rhosebud Club is a mentorship program for elementary school aged girls up to age 11.
The purpose of the Rhosebud Club is to empower young girls by building healthy self-esteem and strong self confidence. Activities throughout the year include: community service projects, cultural excursions and social activities.
Applications for the Lambda Upsilon Sigma Rhosebud Club are currently being accepted. Please note, an application must be submitted per child. Completed applications can be submitted online using the "submit completed application" button or sent via email to Rhosebuds@sgrhoplano.org or printed and sent via post office mail and sent to:
